Here’s a new video just released by the U.S. Department of Transportation in their “Faces of Distracted Driving” series.  In this video, PA resident Jacy Good talks about how her parents were killed – and she was critically injured – on their way home from her graduation ceremony at Muhlenberg College when another driver collided with them while using his cell phone.
