Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural part of life – it’s how we react to stress, and in some cases it can actually help us.  But, for some people, their anxiety gets to be too much, and can prevent them from doing things properly.

Some people are naturally anxious about learning to drive, and that’s both understandable and okay.  A calm, friendly and encouraging professional can help diminish the anxiety during controlled exercises in live traffic, and teach you how to deal with anxiety flare-ups while you are driving.

Some people have anxiety that goes beyond normal.  This is normally diagnosed as one of the following anxiety disorders:

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • Panic Disorder
