Upper Bucks Transition Night is hosted by Quakertown, Pennridge and Palisades School Districts, and will be held at Quakertown Community High School on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 5:30PM until 7:00PM.  Modern Driver Institute will have a table set up at the Transition Fair, so please stop by and see us!  The Transition Night is free to attend.
